I have a brand new townhouse, I just move in there myself.
I have two extra rooms for rent.
Both rooms are furnished with bed and desk,chair,closet.
All utilities included (Gas,water,cable,electric)
The house itself is 1900 SQ feet, which is very spacious for 3-4 people. Whole house with wall to wall carpeting. All brand new.
I have full size kitchen, dinning room, and living room with 50 inch flat screen TV, leather sofa, brand new dinning room furnitures.
Brand new washer and dryer in the house.
There is a pool in the community open during summer time.
One is $700, one is$1050.
A&P supermarket is right next to the community, with in walking distance (5 mins).
Easy access to Bayonne bridge (1 min), and NJ turnpike (10mins) JFK Blvd (2 mins).
Local bus also available to Manhattan, Statenisland, and Jersey City.

| This is a lovely apartment on a small & quaint pony farm in Oldwick, NJ. We currently have one recent responsible tenant and are looking for a second person to share the apt with her. If you are animal/horse/people savvy, we can even work out some PT work for part of the rent. To make things simpler, we ad $200/month and include all utilities: Electric, trash disposal, snowplowing / grounds maintenance, even cable TV. The apartment is very spacious with huge closets and modern appliances: A washer-dryer is included as well as a dishwasher. It has been freshly repainted and is practically in a move-in condition. There is some furniture but you are welcomed to bring yours as well. Or we will get you what you need. We had only two previous tenants in the past 10 years in this apartment and they moved out only efter buying their own house and the other because of transfer. So you owe it to yourself to check this place out first! |
