| I am looking for a sublettor for my room for the summer (June 1 - mid August). The apartment itself is lovely, located in Morningside Heights (a great neighborhood, very close to Columbia), with cable, wireless internet, all other ammenities. Its a room in a 3 bedroom place (the other two women are 26/27 years old, one is an art historian, the other works in media). The room has a bed, table, and three nice closets, two have shelving.
The 1/9 subway is around the corner, as is the M4 and M104 buses. It really is a great apartment and a wonderful place to live. Very friendly and fun roommates. There is also a cat, but you will not be responsible for it, but please dont email me if you are allergic or averse to cats. |
