The other roommates are friendly and sociable, one is a male and the other is a female digital media producer. There is no smoking in the apartment. The available room has a small window that looks out onto another building (wall). The loft is big enough for a queen size mattress or futon and the room comes with a nice size closet. The rent is $890/month plus utilities, and one month deposit is required for move in. Long term (1 year) preferred but flexible. |
