| Hello-
24 year old female looking for either open minded or open minded male roommate. I dont have any problems with girls but have had bad luck with them as roommates in the past. I have a 9-5 (usually 9 to 7) respsonsible in media and would prefer someone with a stable occupation as well. No starving artists or actress/models please unless youre walking catwalks already. Basically you need to be secure in the fact that you can make rent/bills each month.

I prefer someone with no pets but someone who likes them as I have a dog. If you have a pet Im open to discussing it but would rather just have my dog as the only one in the apartment because she is quiet and well behaved. Absolutely no pitbulls.

This is an excellent opportunity for a respectful, laid back, clean, music loving cat lover (I have a cat that lives above my space and I love music). Sorry, no musicians. Occasional friend’s sleepovers are oks but not permanent sleepovers.
