i need a roommate for my three bedroom apartment/ townhouse. roommate will get the master bedroom that has 2 closets, a balcony and a private bath. rent does not include utilities and that will be additional. The apartment is a brand new construction and everything is brand new. very queit neighborhood and near transport.

The apartment within 5 minutes walk to Grand Central, has all the subway to uptown, downtown and cross town... including express train 4, 5, 6, S, 7. A 24 hours deli and Duane Reade are on the corner, a supermarket two blocks away that open until 11pm. Post office, citibank, North Fork bank, Commerce bank one or two blocks away. The apartment has a office work area by the entrance, a good size living room area with a sofa bed, entertainment center and coffee table.A dinning area next to the large kitchen is furnished with dish washer, lots cabinets, large stove and oven, a large dinning table with chairs. The large bedroom for rented is furnished with a full size dark wood designer bed with 3 drawers and a matching side table.
