| I'm looking for someone to move in between January 11th and 23rd. It's a 3rd-floor railroad apartment; the room available is between the kitchen and the (small) living room. The room itself is 10x14 with a window and built-in closet. The building is old and has some peculiarities (variable water pressure, loud pipes) but is pretty nice overall. Rent is $492 a month with one month's deposit. We'd split gas, electricity (and phone bills, if you need a land-line). It's about 10 minutes from the Myrtle Ave. stop on the J/M/Z-train and 15 minutes from the Morgan Ave. stop on the L. |
