Youll be sharing the apartment with me -- I’m a 25-year-old responsible girl (non-profit gig by day, writer by night), clean, friendly and laid-back. Heat and water are included with the apartment, and the TOTAL price for rent, utilities, cable and phone is $875/month. For those with cars, apartment is very convienent to Bronx River Parkway and I-87. Location is ideal for at Sarah Lawrence or Fordham, responsibles, or anyone who wants a recently refurbished apartment with fantastic amenities.
