| This 2-story apartment has just been beautifully renovated, and all the rooms are large. The space includes hardwood floors, 1.5 bath, wi-fi, washer/dryer, and lots of light (its a corner brownstone). The share would be with 1 male, 1 female, and 2 cats. Both roommates are non-smoking, work in the arts/media, and are in their mid/late 20s. We are looking to share it with someone friendly & respectful, and to make it feel like a home. This apartment is in a changing part of Brooklyn, with express train access to Manhattan. It is 1 block from a supermarket, and a short walk to Prospect Park. |

| Rent a spacious room in a sunny apt., right in the heart of the E. Village. Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apt, w/ high ceilings and hardwood floors. The room available is 12x13 and has 3 big windows, A/C, an armoire, a 2 tier closet and French doors that open onto a big, bright living room.
The rest of the apt is furnished and, if you like to cook, there’s a decent sized kitchen w/ a microwave and a dishwasher. The bath is average sized w/ a window and good pressure in the shower. You’ll be sharing the place with Charlotte [28] a responsible British female. Prospective tenants should be responsibles over 26 who are easy going & tidy. Females are preferred, but it depends on the person. No pets, musicians, s, or smokers please. The place is near great bars, restaurants and close to the R, L, 6 and F trains. |
