| This is a nice Bedroom in a One Bedroom converted apartment on the UES. You will have the actually bedroom, which is really big, has two large closets, a bed, a two cushion couch, a coffee table, two dressers, a separate AC unit, a TV,and has south facing windows. I will be using half of the living room. However, my job is shipping me to the Washington D.C. area for an extended period of time and I will only be at the apartment every other weekend. I am not sure when I will be back, but Im guessing around September. This is a great apartment in a great building in a great area. There are lots of bars and restuarants in the area as well.
I am looking for someone, open minded male or female, who is clean, fun, and can pay the rent on time.
I am very relaxed and I am respectful of others. When Im not responsible, which isnt very often, I like going to the gym, reading, going out with friends, and watching Guy on Sunday nights. |

like a roommate who does not have a lot of guests and does not need to cook dinner at home every night. basic manhattan dude. |
