| The townhome is one level end unit with a nice wrap around porch and a deck. The cathedral ceilings open up the home and the plantation shutters let in a lot of light during the day. I have one private bedroom available that includes two closets, a cable outlet, and wireless internet. There is a separate bathroom that contains the laundry and is off the living room so is sometimes used by guests, otherwise is private. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. Rent is $425/mo and utilities are not included. I pay water/trash, gas, electric, cable (TV and internet). Half of those cost each month average around $100, obvious changes depending on the season and
