I am looking for someone to sublease my room until at least May or until August. Your future roomate is a relaxed, quiet, neat and a reliable at UNC. We might get cable and telephone but for right not we just use cell phones and watch movies. The apartments are safe and have many features like Basketball, Tennis, and a Pool. Its convenient to the D and J bus lines that come at least every 15 minutes. Parking is very convenient because no permit is necessary. The cost is $267.50/month +1/2 the utilities.
