Adding a cable line will be an additional $75.00 a month
Sharing a High Speed Internet line through WI-FI is an additional $35.00 a month.
Rent includes utilities & hot water.
Credit Check is Optional; but a 3 month deposit will be REQUIRED before move-in without a credit check or poor credit score.
Credit Check with a satisfactory credit will only require ONE MONTHS DEPOSIT UPFRONT.
Deposit will be used for last month(s) rent prior to ending of LEASE. |
