1--Roommate Rental details

I am looking for a roommate that is responsible, clean, and respectful. I enjoy coming home to relax, sleep, and work in the yard. I do not have many people coming in and out of teh house and would like to keep it this way. I have a small dog and cat. If allergic to cats he may be negotiable. You may bring or get animals on a pre-approval basis. This would be a great place to escape the busy work day and relax in quiet established neighborhood.
