| I am moving in may for a new job oppourtunity. Looking for someone to take over my lease form May 15th through August 21st. The rent of $275 includes utilities. The actual rent comes to around $325..but I am willing to pay the rest.
My roommate will be here till august by I will be sub-leasing my room. Its up to you guys to extend the lease after that. The starting date is negotiable. It is a two bedroom appartment.
Very nice neighbourhood. My roomate and me have lived here for almost a year and had no problems. The appartment is located next to the model appartment and therefore the building is very well maintained. Two bus lines J,CM run every 20 min to UNC. Laundary facilities avaliable within the building itself. The beautiful university lake is at a 5 min walk away Great for boating, fishing or a quiet afternoon during summer time....
