| I would like to sublease my half of the apartment I share in the 2nd phase of Clear Run. The lease would be from May 12th and would end July 22. You would have your own personal bathroom, bedroom and walk-in closet. The apartment was recently refinished so all the appliances, cabinets, and flooring are new. Rent is $378 a month. The utilities would be split with the current roommate. She is a 21 year old business major at UNCW. Since the current lease ends in July you are free to continue a new lease after that if you wish.
