I am very clean and the apartment is very nicely furnished.
I am very easy to get along with and will respect your privacy.
The washer and dryer are in the apartment and there is no charge.
I do ask 50.00 a month for lights and 15.00 a month for water & sewer. The bedroom has its own private full bathroom with an attatched computer room that is seperate and private from the other living quarters. I can supply towells and the bathroom is furnished. |
