| I have a room for rent. I already have 2 roommates and Im looking to rent rent out the 4th room. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Its located in a nice neighborhood with a fenced in yard. The rent includes electric, water, cable TV, phone, and highspeed internet. There are connections for the cable, phone, and Internet in the room and the house is also equipped with wireless network. I dont have any strict rules, I like to keep an easy going atmosphere. I only ask that everyone does thier share and pickup after themselves, and have respect for everyone else. All 3 of us smoke and I have 2 cats. And if youre weirded out by open minded... well, Im a open minded and the other 2 are bi, so an open mind is essential to live in this household. Were a laid back crazy bunch. |
