Price is negotiable!!! I am heading west for the summer and want to get this room paid for. Water is paid, there is a nice balcony, and the two charming roommates that you would be living with would be happy to split the cost of the high-speed internet with you. Walk to UCs campus or the neighborhood park, or drive 5 min to grocery store, farmers market, movie theater, restaurants and bars. Quiet street, nice roommmates, cheap rent!!!
