| I have a four bdrm house located near I-75 and Needmore exit. I rent two rooms out one is larger and has private dish-satellite hook up it rents for 350 a month. The other room is smaller-it rents for 320.00 a month. Both fees include utilities and use of washer and dryer. I have two fridges in the kitchen and extra cabinet space. I am a friendly so though I dont force my life choices on others, I dont allow drugs, alcohol or overnight guests of the opposite sex.
