Other Utilities are about $20-$30 a month including cable, internet, gas and electricity. Parking permit is available at $30 a month. This is a great area with grocery stores, restaurants, bars, specialty shops and staubucks within walking distance. Also close to little italy. Very charming neighborhood, safe and secure.
