Extremely nice landlord, who will do ANYTHING you want to make your apartment better and living better. Bathtub/toilet seperate from the two sinks, fairly spacious rooms and closets, new utilities in kitchen - fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Very spacious common area (could fit 2 or 3 couches in it), two hallway closets which can store an extremely large amount of stuff. 3rd (top) floor, no noise will be coming from above.
