| I am a 29 yr old clothing designer looking for a female roommate, outside smoking okay. 1 room on the 3rd floor for $400 + utl or the entire 3rd floor (2 lrg. bedrooms) for $500 +utl. (I am only looking for one roommate.) We have wireless high speed internet. There is an outdoor patio with a patio set and grill. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. Storage space available.
I work and attend school online and I am usually away every other weekend. My 7 yr old son, Luke, is incredibly sweet and very well behaved. My current house mate can vouch for him. :) FYI, The room is very quiet, you will not hear him up on the third floor.

| My fiance and I currently share an average-sized room in a shared house in Aston, PA.It is $450/month to rent the room, and the landlord is very flexible with lease.We are currently on a month-to-month lease, but we are moving and are looking to have someone else here ASAP.You will share a bathroom with one other person and the kitchen will be shared with two.We are the 188 x 1110 sized room.More complete info including floor plans is available. I can immediately put you in touch with our house manager, who will give you a tour of the house.No pets or smoking are allowed in the house, and the house manager is an gentleman with a creative vibe.I moved into a shared house situation with my current housemates (except for my fiance) before I became engaged-they were perfectly respectful.Utilities are not included, but are split amongst housemates as shared costs-usually come to $50/per person per month..Cable and high-speed cable internet ARE inc.
