| This is a great location and a great house in University City! Both available bedrooms are large, sunny, and fully furnished with high speed internet. They share a bathroom on the top floor. Were looking for either people subletters or two friends etc.
Downstairs there is a huge common room with a tv/dvd and couches and a fully equipped large kitchen. Laundry machines are in the basement.
The house is two blocks away from tons of great restaurants, bars , a CVS, a movie theater, bowling alley, movie rental store, yoga center, UPenn gym, and much more!
Its on the same block as the police station and a fantastic grocery store.
The center of UPenns campus is an easy 5-10 minute walk, its also near Drexels campus as well. The subway is nearby and downtown Philly as well as the Main Line suburbs are easily accessible.
