1--Roommate Rental details

Im a 23/f penn and I have a totally just newly renovated 3bd/1bath apartment. Located close to penn campus in safe part of neighborhood patroled by penn pollice. 2 bedrooms are available for rental until the end of Sept. One of the rooms could then be renewed for a semester/year. Im am asking for a lower rent during the summer for the rooms than I would ask during the year because standardly summer rentals are cheaper and its so close to the time I need to rent it. For August Im only asking 350/ month for rent, but starting sept I am asking probably for 500/month. Would consider renting entire apt A for 1700 in Aug. negogiable rates In sept another f/ will be livning there. could furnish min. maybe add. cost--will talk about.

2--Roommate Rental details

Apartment building is in a nice part of W. Philly/U.City. Walking distance to most SEPTA transportation, CVS, Fresh Grocer, Thriftway and neighborhood restaurants. Studio is on first floor and is spacious with full kitchen, bath and really good closet space. Im a pretty busy community artist(spoken word/soul music) by night and education program coordinator (americorps VISTA) by day. Im a Gemini in every sense of the word but if we vibe then it will be all good. If you have a cat great because i want one. Im really trying to commit to being a dietary needs would help but im not going to be crazy about it. want more info? just email me.

Im looking for a roomate to share a two bdrm, one bath two floor apartment close to the art musuem in Center City Philadelphia. W/D in unit, central a/c. Im a pretty easy going 26 year male, i like sports, beer and women.
