Lookign for someone to have the bedroom all to themselves and share the bath. Rent includes everythign. There is a balcony out back where you can see teh fireworks from the art museam on the holidays. Its a quiet nice area rigth off of spring garden. It is in a very safe area with a 24 hour security gaurd on duty, laundry in the apartment, storage, tennis courts, swimming pool and gym. The apartment is fully furnished including the bedroom itself.
