The apartment complex has a grocery store, dry cleaner,restaurant, free fitness center, pool, 24 hr manned security,garage parking available and free shuttles that take you to Centre City.Move in date is Feb 1st 2006.Lease ends July 2006.The utilities will be split by 5 people.The master bedroom has an attached bath and a walk-in closet big enough for .The living room is huge and furnished.Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher,refrigerator and microwave.Dryer and washer on each floor.The master bedroom is in a 4 bedroom apartment.The other bedrooms are occupied by s/responsibles. it is a very beautiful apt. with a gallery where you can get a view of art museum and sckyukill river.

| We are not to picky on who you are. I have a kid that visits and we have 2 cats. We currently have a room available. It is not to big of a room, but we are responsible on finishing the attic for a complete private room. We are prespectful and decnt people and expect the same. |
