I am looking to move out of my house in Narragansett, RI. It is a beautiful house with hardwoods, full kitchen, laundry, fully furnished, and a pool/patio. The rent is 375/month with a 500 deposit and 1/4 utilities each month. The roommates are a mixture of grad reliable persons and responsible persons, males and female.
