| Ive owned this house in Cumberland for 23 yrs. There is a 20yr old responsible female living here too. Its a wonderful neighborhood, about 1 mile away to access to the highway. Im easy going, I respect others privacy and property as I would expect in return. Your room is your space, keep as you wish as long as you dont destroy my property. Im really not into partying. I was hurt in a car accident and can only work part time which takes most of the energy I have. I do have dogs, once they get to know you they really are bundles of love. There are other features to the house that werent addressed in the checklist. We can talk about them if youre interested. |

i have a little different situation.
i need to rent my room which is furnished with a desk tv and putt out couch, phone bureau, which has to stay that way because my parents need to come for july and august....
this would be perfect for a college or someone that needs a play a few months or weekends...
