Itīs a big room, with private bathroom, spacious wardrobe and nice view on the San Cristobal. Free use of the kitchen and living room.
The rent is Ch$145.000 / USD 240 for month and you can cook (you eat that you want), free use internet and the bicycle. The rent includes all expenses (light, water, gas, internet).
The floor have elevator and security all night. It is next to supermarkets, universities, banks, police, parks and restaurant. Only 7 minutes walking distance to the metro station Salvador and Manuel Montt (line 1) and next to Bilbao avenue (buses stop). The district is very security and residential.
