| I recently got in NC, so I am looking for someone to take over my lease in August. My roommate and I live in a 3BR / 2.5 BA BRAND NEW townhouse in Mount Pleasant. She is a easy going responsible who is very clean.
My place is very close to the beach (only 5-10 min drive from Isle of Palms!). For your rent of $450/month, you would have one bedroom and bathroom completely to yourself. (Third bedroom used as guest-room.) The room would be unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. My roommate has no pets and doesnt smoke. The townhouses were just built (we are the first inhabitants) and they are 3 stories. There are hardwood floors in the living room/ dining room/ kitchen area, and the bedrooms are carpeted. The complex has pool and fitness center that you could use. Located off of Rifle Range Rd. across from Hamlin Plantation at 2958 Woodland Park Dr.
