1--Roommate Rental details

I have an option of one of two possibilities. One big room or a bedroom. However, the big room is a converted garage and the washer dryer is down there which I would need to be able to use. I do have two old cats which seem to really like people. I don't smoke and can't tolerate cigarette smoke. I don't drink or do illicit drugs.
