1--Roommate Rental details

I am trying to find someone to take over my part of the lease. Roommate is female (20) and she is very clean and particular about keeping the apartment clean. The apartment is secure with gates and has swimming, workout, tennis etc. There is covered parking available at a price, but street parking is at no cost. Roommate has two cats and no children. Would want someone who is also female and who has no pets or children.

2--Roommate Rental details

1 Female living with 2 kids,9 and 5.Big,friendly house. We live upstairs and our tenant would have a big bedroom,private bathroom and lounge/dining area downstairs,private entry and porch.The kitchen would be shared.Laundry facilities and parking.We are out all day and the kids are at their dad 2 nights a week and every second weekend.Lovely yard,near wooded creek,excellent neighborhood.
