2--Roommate Rental details

The property is College Park at the Landings. Also rent price is negotiable. The lease expires at the end of the summer (August). However, you have the option to extend your lease if you would like. This is a 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment. I am subleasing my room and bathroom, but there is no one else living in the apartment. So you do not have to worry about a roommate.
