| Classy townhome looking for another house mate. They should be quiet, tidy, and pay rent on time. Two persons currently in house are responsibles, and we would appreciate another who works business hours M-F and is not interested in being loud on the week days.
Room has large walk in closet and private bath. Dresser already in room and book case in closet. Other than those two peices of furniture, room is unfurnished.
No smokers, drugs, children (antiques in home), or pets wanted. |

| I have a home to share in a super quiet neighborhood in Benbrook. Only 6 minutes from two malls, great shopping, movies and more. It truly is a great place to live.
The neighborhood is clean and well kept. My house is a two story 3/2.5/2 on a private street. The house is very clean, updated and has all the taste I can come up with!
I have two dogs that stay outside in a dog run or in their kennels in the garage most of the time. They are old, little and friendly. The yard is large, well kept and nice. There is a gazebo and lawn furniture.
The kitchen is all new and the w/d are new as well.
The room comes with a private bath and full house access. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs. There is basic cable and phone service. You also get 1/2 of the garage. There is also a large attic for storage if needed.
The price includes utilities as well.
