| I just bought this house a few months ago - brand new construction - near downtown Houston. I would just like to rent out one or two of the bedrooms, to help pay the bills! The room is large with a large windown, large walk in closet and private bathroom. The house has a largeroom/kitchen/dining room with wood floors and granite countertops. There is also a 1/2 bath downstairs. Included in the rent is cable, high speed internet, water, trash, and sewer. There is an attached garage, and the home has a monitored alarm. | Two rooms will be available in rental house starting July 1st: a 12 x 11 for $330 and a 12 x 9 1/2 for $315. Nice neighborhood, great neighbors. House already has all major appliances, nice backyard, and a wet bar. Less than 20 min from U of H and less than 5 from San Jac. |

| I signed a lease at Town Lake Apartments in Austin, a very nice, very new location. Shortly after signing my lease I found out that I received a full scholarship to the University of Texas and should live on campus. I need to find someone to live in my apartment next year!! I signed the lease early so the price will be $484/mo...and everything is included (except electricity...which is very low in price). It is a 2 bedroom apartment, we are looking for to live here, they do roommate matching. It is very nice and is the newest complex in the area. If you are a , it is on the UT bus route, and it is within walking distance of town lake. |
