| It is a really cute duplex close to the Texas A&M campus and on the bus route. We are two fun gals (class of 06) looking for a fun and responsible third. Washer and dryer is in the duplex, and there is a large communal back yard park area! Utilities and cable and ethernet are to be split by all and the people total is estimated to come out to $50.00. |

| This is a 3 bedroom house one room is available. Your preference. It will only be me and my new roomie sharing the whole house. I don't mind smokers, however, smoking is done outside in the patio.
