| 26 year old female seeking quiet, female roommate to share furnished townhouse apartment on the southside for the summer. Im a little silly, but responsible and a neat-freak. You should be an animal lover (I have 3 cats) and be able to clean up after yourself. I am in the and also a full-time college , so I often go to bed early on weeknights. $425 a month includes water, cable, internet (I have a computer), and phone. I only expect you to pay 25% of the electric bill. The townhouse is fully furnished except for the spare room, which is small but cozy and contains a walk-in closet. I like to party a little on weekends, but I just dont like to bring the party home with me (out-grown that phase I guess!) The landlord requires an application and youll get a full refund of your security deposit when you move out as long as you dont break my stuff. =) |
