| hey im sarah k. about 2 purchase: 3 bd 2.5 bath townhouse N woodway. 1 roommate 4 SURE REALLY need another or cant afford it...:( $750/ month, SUPER NICE! me:really easy going, accepting, non-judgmental, very undertanding & really easy 2 get along w/. dependable: no problem, not wanting 2 get screwed over. prefer nonsmoking OR outside. dont want our place 2 smell like an ashhtray (haha). no worries w/ making payments, have some1 helping out if needed. EXTREMELY nice, in a nice neighborhood w/ several jobs w/in walking distance. alot of parking space, pay electric & water. N total: about $350/month MAX. me:.really picky about where i wanted 2 live, i have a fan club of lil girls & if they come over 2 watch movies/stay night w/ me, want their parents 2 B ok w/ them being there w/o worry of their safety. its a great place & need a 3rd roommate!
