It is only me in the house. Looking for a laid back, honest, considerate, and responsible guy/girl to occupy 1 of the 4 bedrooms in this home. The bedroom & bathroom is very spacious. Bedroom has new carpet and fresh paint. This 3000 sq foot home is flooded with natural light and plenty of room to stretch your legs. Located just a few blocks from Dallas in Richardson, you’ll have easy and quick access to I-635 & I-75. You would be 4 minutes from the Telecom Corridor and 15 minutes from downtown. I don’t judge and don’t preach unless you’re a Republican. hehe Just a normal (what ever that is) open minded guy with bills to pay and a sick sense of humor. FYI....fiber to the curb DSL is included in rent.

I would say im a down-to-earth, laid back kinda guy. I can get along with just about everyone. I am responsibe and quiet, dont have loud parties, am not a slob and dont have many overnite stays. I do love to play poker(No-limit Texas Holdem) and am a huge Dallas Mavericks fan. So if you think wed get along please reply.
