1--Roommate Rental details

Just moved to a house closer to work and I need someone to take over my lease. This apartment is located at Eagles Landing on 5th street extended. Its a two bedroom apt. with two bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony, gated community, swimming pool, car wash. The 2nd room is being rented by a 3rd year UVA named Beau. He is layed back and spends a lot of his time at his girlfriends apt, so the place is very peaceful.
