Renting 1 of 4 Bedrooms to include private bath and larger room to lounge, study, watch, etc. W/in 5 miles of local university, I-95, slug line, train station to DC, Quantico and Northern VA. Rm away from us in a walk-out basement adding to privacy. Next to renters bedroom is the private bathroom and the larger room. Rent includes access to kitchen, queen bed, vanity, closet, hook-up for TV w/free cable. Can move things out if renter prefers unfinished room. Room lets out to large private fenced back yard with BBQ and beautiful woods with spring & summer flowers planted along the tree line. No homes behind us, private. Parking avail. New washer & dryer. We have a dog (Sheltie) that thinks he is a person, well trained, obedient and not allowed in renter’s area unless permitted. Can negotiate, but first person that meets our request gets the room. |
