| My 2BR apt. is up for renewal. The renewal needs to be signed by March 10th and the lease would start in early May.
This is a Pierce Arrow building and my 2BR apt. is on the first floor facing the street (balcony).
This is a clean place, hardwood floors, new appliances (dishwasher), and off-street parking.
