I live in Southview Apartments in Harrisonburg, VA. I am a JMU and am responsibleuating in December. I am looking to sublet my bedroom from January until July. (earlier move- in acceptable if need be.) There are four total bedrooms in the apartment. This room has a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Utilities included in the rent include private phone line, ethernet, cable, and water. Electricity is only about $25/month. Would be living with 3 girls; all seniors at James Madison University. Comfortable, clean apartment. Rent negotiable.

One room of a two-bedroom townhouse available immediately. Located in Charlottesville on the corner of Madison and Preston a 20-minute walk to UVa or the Downtown mall. House details: hard wood floors, 1.5 baths, nice townhouse community, swimming pool in the complex. The downstairs has a big living room and dining room area, fully furnished with nice stuff. The room has a huge closet with lots of storage space. Theres a small backyard, with a garden and patio furniture.
