| It’s a 5 bedroom house in West Seattle, with plenty of common space, large kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, cute back yard and basement with washer/dryer. Currently there are three of us looking for a forth roommate. We are all laid back, very busy and rarely home.
The rent is $450 and the room is on the second story, there is a second shared bathroom on this floor for your convenience. Utilities are $50 a month, this includes electric, garbage, water, oil heat, phone and cable television.
