I am looking for my overseas landlord for someone wanting to rent a room in a two bedroom house w/ washer, dryer, fireplace, and mellow loving English Bulldog. Landlord would like a $300 fully refundable deposit but it is negotiable. Rent is $575 and 1/2 utilities. Place is fully furnished w/ digital cable & modem. Length of lease is variable and there is an extra tv & bed if needed. Plus, front yard patio & BBQ. I am a 32yo criminal defense attorney responsible out of Everett but work
