My current roommate just accepted out of state, so Im looking to replace her on the lease. The apartment is very large, on the 10th floor, fully furnished, with the exception of the bedroom. The bedroom has its own private bath and a walk-in closet. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and we have a nice balcony area. The apt is 2 blocks from Courthouse metro on the orange line. The building has a gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, racquetball/squash courts, convenience store, dry cleaning, and underground parking. The rent includes parking/utils but would be $70 cheaper w/o parking.
