| My roommate and I are looking to share a wonderful 3 bedroom townhouse with one other person(the person who originally went in on the place is a loser and backed out at the last minute)! There are two choices of bedroom(my roommate dosent care which one he gets). One of the rooms is $375 a month + 1/3 util. and the other is $475 a month + util. The bathroom woould be shared only between you and my roommate. The house has a large front porch,spacing living and dining room areas, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and storage shed out in the backyard. Neighborhood is located right off of 355. The bus that goes by goes to both Germantown & Rockville campuses of Montgomery College,Lakeforest Mall, Shady Grove and Rockville Metro Stations. |
