Looking for a 2 bedroom, 1 or 2 bath furnished newer apt,; 3 month lease (Jan - Mar) in nice area with gated parking (if possible). Pool, exercise facility, air conditioned and utilities included. No smoking or prior pets preferred (due to allergies). As close to the Burbank area as possible.
