My boyfriend and myself are relocating to the Everett area. We have one small dog (25 - 30lbs, depending on time of year) and 1 senior cat (15 years old, he sleeps all day) ... We would prefer a rental that has washer/dryer in unit. We would prefer a fenced yard for the dog, during the day.
