• If you have a Standard listing you will not have access to these premium leads, and only paid registered tenants will be able to contact you directly.
• If you have a Premium listing you will have full access to these premium leads, and both paid and unpaid potential tenants will be able to contact you directly.

In either case both types (Paid & Unpaid) potential tenant search criterias and user information will be stored as a premium lead. Consequently if you have an active premium listing you can get 50 times more exposure because you will be able to email these potential tenants regardless of their type of membership.
